Residents of Ginter Park and Sherwood Park are invited to hear:

• Veritas School’s proposal for institutional zoning Veritas currently owns about 18 acres between Brook Road, the Ginter Place condominium, Westwood and Palmyra Avenues. Since the mid 1970’s this property has been zoned R-53 (multi-family).
• Representative from the Police department will update us on current state of the City.
• Although this is a regular GPRA Board meeting, the Veritas presentation will take place at the beginning of the business session.

Reach out if there is someone else you would like to hear from.  If we can’t get them for this meeting, we will try and schedule them for one of our 2024 meetings.
